Opportunity:
Do you find yourself constantly seeking connections between data, people, and systems—piecing together scattered elements to reveal the bigger picture? Do you want a job where your intelligence tradecraft and analytic skills directly support warfighters and policy decisions? Never has the role of a Targeting Analyst been more vital. In an era defined by information saturation, the mission isn’t about collecting more—it’s about refining, verifying, and structuring what matters. That’s where you come in.
Responsibilities:
As a Targeting Analyst on our team, you’ll conduct in-depth research and analysis to support the development of Target Materials (TMs) for Electronic Target Folders (ETFs) across the EUCOM area of responsibility.
You’ll focus on facilities, individuals, virtual targets, equipment, and organisations—identifying critical vulnerabilities and producing TMs that align with Joint Publications (JP), Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Instructions (CJCSI), and EUCOM SOPs. You’ll collaborate with other IC partners, apply your subject matter expertise, and contribute to strategic and operational mission success through precision targeting.
This is a chance to refine your analytical craft, grow your regional expertise, and engage with mission-critical intelligence at the tip of the spear. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have access to mentoring, new tools, and an expert-driven environment. Join us as we provide the right information at the right time to support the critical needs of our military leaders and policymakers.
Qualifications:
The requirements for this position are not substitutable with other intelligence experience; general intelligence experience will not be considered for this role. You must be willing to relocate to the United Kingdom within three months if selected for the position - this timeline is non-negotiable. Do no apply if you cannot meet both of these requirements.
