Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate inquisitiveness, investigative skills, and action-oriented initiative to deliver solutions to complex operational challenges while identifying new technical tools and capabilities.Engage confidently and effectively with customer managers across various levels of responsibility.Apply advanced knowledge of operations, operational tradecraft, and intelligence priorities when providing strategic guidance and operational case management.Manage programs throughout the customer organization, supporting both traditional operational activities and specialized initiatives.Conduct objective reviews of ongoing and potential operations.Serve as a vital link between field personnel and the Intelligence Community.

Required Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI with current polygraphBachelor's degree and at least 7+ years of relevant professional experienceFamiliarity with cable writing and classified databases, including specific targeting toolsStrong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervisionRegional and/or functional expertise in a geographic region of interestInitiative, creativity, technical excellence, and strong interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-starter who can multi-task and remain calm under pressure with the ability to work both independently and in a groupPrior experience in supporting intelligence operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives

Desired Qualifications:

Customer certification as a TargeterForeign field experience from at least one overseas tour or extensive overseas TDY experienceExperience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field OperationsExperience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all-source databasesExperience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices
