Talent Systems Support Specialist
Job Title: Talent Systems Support SpecialistJob Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Systems Support Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on providing hands-on support for various HR technology initiatives, contributing to the successful implementation and enhancement of HR systems. You will work closely with the Talent Systems team to ensure smooth execution during a period of high volume and change.

ResponsibilitiesSupport the creation, organization, and maintenance of training materials, job aids, and user documentation for SuccessFactors modules.Assist with system testing, including executing test cases, validating outcomes, and documenting issues.Update existing documentation to reflect current system configuration and processes.Participate in testing activities for the new employee filing/document management system.Aid in document migration from legacy filing systems to the new platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Assist in cleaning up the current backlog of unfiled employee documents, including indexing, categorization, and quality checks.Adhere to established data handling and confidentiality standards when working with employee records.Provide configuration support under guidance from internal system owners for payroll and benefits platforms.Create and update process documentation and reference materials related to payroll and benefits systems.Assist with testing and documentation related to payroll or benefits system updates.Maintain clear documentation of work completed, issues identified, and items requiring escalation.Collaborate with Talent Systems team members to meet project timelines and deliverables.Support ad hoc system-related tasks during implementation and stabilization phases.Essential Skills1–3 years of experience supporting HR systems, HRIS, or HR operations.Experience with SuccessFactors is strongly preferred.Familiarity with employee data management and HR compliance concepts.Strong written communication skills, particularly for documentation and training materials.High attention to detail and ability to work independently.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with HRIS systems and HR compliance.Exposure to employee data management.Work Environment

This position requires working onsite four days a week in Santa Monica. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience with leading HR systems in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Santa Monica, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
