About the Role As a Talent Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. This position is primarily administrative, focusing on coordinating candidates through each stage of the process with little to no face-to-face interaction. Key Responsibilities: + Resume Screening: Review and assess applicants to identify qualified candidates. + Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring managers. + Hiring Coordination: Finalize hire dates, track onboarding steps, and ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed. + Process Management: Maintain accurate records and support the overall efficiency of our recruiting workflows. + Fieldwork: The role may occasionally extend to field-based efforts, including promoting opportunities and proactively sourcing potential candidates.
