About the Role:Collaborate with recruiters to gather role requirements and understand hiring manager needs for specialized positions.Conduct proactive passive searches, including advanced Boolean sourcing, for niche and early‑talent pipelines.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs across Project Development Services and Data Center functions.Support Talent Acquisition projects focused on talent pipelining and ATS optimization using Workday, LinkedIn, GEM, and other tools.Utilize diverse sourcing channels—including job boards, networks, and campus engagement—to identify and attract qualified candidates.About You:
3+ years of experience in Talent Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.Strong experience in proactive sourcing, including using nontraditional or creative talent channels.Proficient in ATS and sourcing tools such as Workday, LinkedIn, GEM, and other recruiting platforms.Resourceful, curious, and motivated to develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract niche talent.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
