What You'll Do
Talent Sourcing Specialist will focus on the proactive sourcing of high-quality professionals for key, complex roles across NAMR. In collaboration with the wider recruitment team and hiring managers, the role will support a diverse range of roles across all regions, leveraging new channels in the market to identify, attract and assess critical talent for this high growth business.
In partnership with key stakeholders, this role will have ownership of the search strategy, proactive outreach and initial candidate assessment, ensuring the continued flow of high-quality candidates through the process and the creation of a strong talent pipeline for future growth.

Identifying high quality candidates to fill key roles across the NAMR regionPartnering with internal hiring managers and recruiters to understand the role requirements, candidate profile and define the candidate identification strategy for each position.Sourcing active and passive candidates through various sourcing channels, social media, internet sourcing, talent mapping and candidate engagementClearly articulating and selling the BCG value proposition via candidate interaction, networking events, professional networks etc.Owning and managing the social media strategy to continually promote the BCG employee value propositionBuilding talent pipelines to fill current and future roles through leveraging user groups, blogs and networking events.Generating candidate interest through creative marketing and social media messagingProviding an initial screen and high-level assessment of a candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities and overall fit with the role.Actively tracking, managing and reporting on candidate pipelines through the applicant tracking systemWhat You'll Bring
Bachelor's Degree required4-6+ years talent sourcing or agency recruitment experience required with proven, demonstrable success in utilizing a range of sourcing channel mixes, synthesizing talent data into actionable insights, market research and competitor intelligenceExcellent time and project management skills to prioritize multiple roles at different recruitment stagesStrong intellectual curiosity and adept in research skills to understand role requirements, talent pools, competitor intelligence, and talent insights.Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiencesSelf-starter and proactive in finding solutions to recruitment challengesDeep experience using current and emerging sourcing tools and techniquesStrong understanding of social media and how to effectively leverage the opportunities it presents for recruitmentWho You'll Work With

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
The base salary range for this role is $79,000.00 - $97,000.00
This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 12% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
