What You'll Do
Talent Sourcing Senior Specialists focus on the proactive sourcing of high-quality professionals for key, complex roles across the NAMR region. In collaboration with the wider recruitment team, the role will support a diverse range of roles across all regions, leveraging new channels in the market to identify, attract and assess critical talent for this high growth business.
In partnership with key stakeholders, this role will have ownership of the search strategy, proactive outreach and initial candidate assessment, ensuring the continued flow of high-quality candidates through the process and the creation of a strong talent pipeline for future growth.
Given the varied and complex nature of our business, our Senior Specialists have additional stakeholder management exposure and act as Business Partners to key business contacts, ensuring coherent sourcing strategy and advising on topics related to the attraction of relevant top talent.

IT/tech sourcing experience is highly preferredBachelor's Degree4-6+ years Talent Sourcing or Talent Acquisition experience required with proven, demonstrable success in utilizing a range of direct sourcing toolsExperience of talent sourcing across NAMR within an international organization is highly preferredDemonstrable experience of engaging and managing senior Internal stakeholdersStrong research and candidate generation skillsClear and effective written and verbal communication skillsDeep experience of using current and emerging direct sourcing techniquesStrong understanding of social media and how to effectively leverage the opportunities it presents for recruitmentPolished interview skills and telephone manner with behavioural based interviewing experienceThe ability to manage multiple searches through strong project management and prioritization skillsThe ability to problem solved and think creatively around strategies for identifying quality talent.Excellent English language skillsAdditional info

In the US, we have a compensation transparency approach.
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
The base salary range for this role in Boston is $98,000.00 - $120,000.00
This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 12% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
