Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Through sourcing, builds a pipeline of prospective candidates through strategic, targeted e-mail and text outreach.Assists in the development and implementation of e-mail and text strategic plans that aim to attract, nurture and grow the talent pool to increase the application and conversion of quality candidates to roles.Assists in monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting for team initiatives

Responsibilities:  

Becomes Subject Matter Expert (SME) of assigned service line(s) maintaining deep knowledge of talent needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.Develop, execute, and optimize strategic email and text campaigns to attract and engage qualified candidates, aligned to talent acquisition goals.Build and maintain a robust talent network for assigned service line(s), fostering ongoing engagement to drive applications and conversions.Proactively source candidates using multiple channels, including databases, job boards, social platforms, professional networks, and direct outreach.Assists team leadership with monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting on sourcing and campaign initiatives, highlighting key trends, successes, and opportunities.Leverage CRM data to segment and target talent audiences for maximum campaign impact.Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.Contribute to the creation of campaign content, including compelling subject lines, messaging, and calls-to-action tailored to audience segments.Support employer brand initiatives by promoting Ascension’s mission, values, and culture in all candidate communications.Collaborate with peers to share best practices, campaign results, and market insights to drive continuous improvement across the team.Participate in special projects, pilot programs, and strategic talent attraction initiatives as assigned.
Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences Bachelor's degree preferred.A background in talent attraction, talent acquisition or sourcing desired.CRM experience is needed. Phenom and/or ICIMS experience is a plus.
