Being part of a Global Talent Sourcing team, our Talent Acquisition Sourcing & Attraction Partner will be a crucial pillar in our recruitment success story. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier candidates across various regions and functions. Your expertise in sourcing methodologies and your ability to build strong candidate pipelines will help us hire the best talent and stand out in a competitive market.

What You'll Do:

Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for diverse roles, utilizing a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry-specific platforms.Collaboratively work with the recruitment team to understand talent requirements and create targeted candidate profiles.Proactively source and screen passive candidates while providing a seamless candidate experience throughout the process.Forge strong relationships with prospective candidates, effectively communicating our value propositions and job opportunities.Stay up to date with market trends, competitor analysis, and recruitment best practices to continuously improve our sourcing methodologies.Gathers data around competition and market conditions or trends that may impact our ability to find and hire the right talent.Challenges the status quo through meaningful data that informs a better and stronger recruiting process.Effectively create inclusive market maps which holistically share the desired talent pool from within and outside CRE.

Your profile:

1-3+ years of recruitment experienceAdvanced & Creative sourcing skills – Boolean Searches, Social Media Sourcing, passive candidates sourcing. Passion for “hunting” top talent through creative strategiesStrong client/stakeholder management is a huge plusCandidate Relationship Management (CRM) technology experienceExcellent influencing and communication skills with the ability to present data to senior leaders to establish credibility and build trustStrong knowledge of industry, market, and talent trends that may influence recruitingTech savvy - easily adopts and leverages technology to work more efficientlyProactive & Growth mindset – adapt to changes, embrace innovation, and continuously improve themselvesProficient in both English and Polish languages. Fluency in any other European language can provide a significant advantage in our diverse global business environment.
