Talent Sourcer

The Talent Sourcer plays a key role within the Talent Acquisition team by partnering closely with Recruiters and hiring stakeholders to identify, engage, and qualify top talent. This role focuses on proactive sourcing, pipeline development, and strategic outreach to support hiring needs across the organization.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, sourcing strategies, and hiring prioritiesProactively source talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and additional sourcing channelsIdentify, engage, and nurture both active and passive candidates through direct outreachConduct initial screens to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and interest in opportunitiesBuild and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsTrack sourcing activity, candidate data, and progress within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Provide qualified candidate leads to Recruiters for next‑step interviewsSkillsSpanish (required or preferred — you can clarify as needed)Additional Qualifications1–3+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisitionStrong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards such as IndeedAbility to effectively engage candidates via messaging, email, and phoneExcellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skillsComfortable supporting multiple requisitions and managing shifting prioritiesExperience LevelEntry LevelJob Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Miami, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
