Talent Sourcer
Description The Talent Sourcer partners closely with Recruiters and Talent Acquisition team members to identify, engage, and qualify talent for open roles. This position focuses on proactive sourcing, pipeline development, and candidate outreach to support hiring needs across the business. • Partner with Recruiters and hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other talent channels • Identify and engage both active and passive candidates through direct outreach • Screen and qualify candidates to assess skills, experience, and interest level • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Track sourcing activity and candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Provide qualified candidate leads to Recruiters for next‑step interviews Skills Spanish Additional Skills & Qualifications 1–3+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards (Indeed, etc.) Ability to engage candidates through messaging, email, and phone outreach Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable supporting multiple requisitions and priorities at once Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Miami, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
