What you will do
Support end‑to‑end Performance Management cycles (objective setting, development planning, feedback, checkpoints, 360, YER, FTO)Provide L1/L2 process and system guidance, including access‑related queries and troubleshootingManage data administration (forms processing, dashboards refresh, reporting and basic data visualizations)Deliver operational support for Talent Reviews, including data management, system administration, and reporting requirementsParticipate in testing rounds (UAT) for system readiness, enhancements, and new module implementationsContribute to continuous improvement by identifying trends, sharing insights, and supporting team efficiency projectsCollaborate closely with Partners on cycle launches, closures, and on‑demand services across local and regional teamsMaintain and enhance internal knowledge bases, process guides, and system support materials
What we’re looking for
Experience in HR operations, talent management, performance management, or a related fieldStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and produce clear reportsComfortable with systems support, troubleshooting, and user guidanceOrganized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple activities across cyclical processesA team player who enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to shared goalsContinuous improvement mindset with interest in process enhancements and operational excellence
What you’ll bring
Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skillsGood proficiency in relevant HR systems (SuccessFactors experience is an advantage)Ability to navigate complex processes with accuracy and timelinessHigh sense of ownership and accountability in delivering quality employee experience
