This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to an exceptional talent acquisition experience. Each day, you will work closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are followed. You will also showcase your expertise by providing periodic updates on market trends/position conditions to the wider people function and talent acquisition team, as well as the business.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the HR department in Brno, Vídeňská.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Ensuring candidates for production according to business needs (Electrotechnics division)

Creating suitable advertisements, selecting effective sources of candidates, related administrative tasks

Communicating with managers and HRBPs on recruitment issues

HR marketing, cooperation with technical high schools, participation in high school events, organizing excursions for elementary and high schools within the ABB premises

Monitoring trends and news in the field of HR and subsequently proposing improvements and their implementation

Signing employment contracts for new employees

Collaborating on the implementation of new processes, projects, etc.

Backup for the absence of the HR generalist

Qualifications for the role

High school education with a diploma

English language at an intermediate level B1/B2 (written and spoken)

Czech or Slovak language at a native speaker level

Experience in recruitment and selection of employees (min. 1 year)

Interest in HR marketing and employer branding

Knowledge of the labor market in the Czech Republic, knowledge of labor law legislation, knowledge of issues related to employing foreigners

Dynamic and decisive personality with an active approach

Resilience, meticulousness, communicativeness, a relationship with working with people

Knowledge of MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Knowledge of working with Workday is an advantage
