Talent Operations Manager (Sr. Program Lead)

JOB SUMMARY

The Manager of Talent Operations is dedicated to the operational effectiveness of the Baylor Scott & White Talent organization, leading efforts to maintain and optimize talent processes, employee experience, productivity, and ROI / budgetary impact. This position collaborates with vendors and other HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) to create a seamless candidate experience while supporting the operational efficiency of the talent organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE

Develops recommendations for improvements to efficiency, effectiveness, and experience of Talent processes and systems, gains insight and approval on recommendations, and leads the execution of these improvements.

Manages talent vendor partnerships including collaboration, evaluation, and evolution of vendor partners and their solutions to meet the needs of the talent function.

Partners with the HRIS team and business stakeholders to ensure a healthy talent technology ecosystem. Leads new HR system and capability introduction, including planning, change management, and adoption tracking and gathering of feedback.

Oversees selected talent programs such as employee referral, relocation, sign-on bonuses, recruiter compensation, new system rollouts, and more, with an emphasis on positive team member and candidate experience.

Leads change management and communication efforts relating to talent process and system updates.

Manages creation of the Talent Monthly Operating Review (MOR), ensuring accuracy and consistency, providing actionable insights to drive effective decision-making and strategy.

Drives efficiency in recurring reporting through automation, including automating MOR creation to extent possible.

Provides reporting and analysis on recruitment capacity and efficacy. Performs hiring manager surveys and incorporates into recruitment reporting.

Defines and implements Recruitment processes and deliverables to bring structure and maturity to BSW Health’s talent acquisition efforts.

Lead analysis of and make recommendations on Recruiter incentive plan design.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.

In depth knowledge of Talent Acquisition process flows.

Experience defining, reporting, and analyzing KPIs, especially in the Talent Acquisition space, and using data to drive actionable insights.

Solid understanding of process improvement and change management methodologies.

Big-picture thinker with the ability to understand how to create solutions that deliver desired outcomes.

Experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing, and recruitment marketing tools.

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills with a strong sense of urgency and follow through.

Meticulous attention to detail and good time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualificationEXPERIENCE - 7 Years of Experience
