The Talent Operations Specialist partners with HR program managers to streamline business processes, identify cross-functional integration points, share tool and data expertise that enhances overall HR practices. This role will ensure our HR systems, workflows, and technologies align with business goals while enhancing the associate experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR practices, Talent and Learning processes, system implementations and/or regular interfacing with an HRMS, and cross-functional collaboration.

Main responsibilities:
Partner with cross-functional teams HR managers on aligning program roadmaps with company goals and HR strategic initiatives. Interface with HR system/tool product managers on functional design, testing, and rollout, while seeking opportunities for process automation and data standardization. Optimize and document business processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience. Define requirements for new tools and system enhancements, ensuring alignment with business needs. Develop and maintain HR operational reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision-making. Ensure smooth execution of operational initiatives, cycles, and the overall HR rhythm. Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance employee experience through efficient HR service delivery. Support change management efforts related to HR process improvements and system implementations. Drive HR operational projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business priorities. Oversee project timelines, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation strategies. Develop training materials and lead adoption efforts for new HR tools and process changes.We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources function, preferably HRIS, Talent, Learning, Recruiting, or Compensation. Strong attention to detail, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills. Broad experience working with data analytics, reporting tools, and workforce metrics to drive insights. Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and align HR operations with business objectives. Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (in particular, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and Stream). Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate HR needs into system requirements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive collaboration across departments.We also provide a variety of benefits including:
