This position is pivotal in driving talent acquisition, organizational development, and capability-building initiatives aligned with Nestlé’s global standards and local business needs. **A Day in the Life of a Talent and OD Executive** + Partner with factory leadership to identify talent needs and implement strategies for attracting and retaining the right talent. + Support succession planning and career development initiatives to ensure a strong pipeline for critical roles. + Drive programs that reinforce Nestlé’s culture, values, and leadership principles at the factory level. + Implement change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and continuous improvement. + Facilitate learning and development programs to enhance people manager effectiveness and technical skills. + Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the factory workforce. + Lead engagement activities to strengthen employee experience and foster a positive work environment. + Collaborate with HR Services and Total Rewards teams to ensure competitive and relevant benefits for factory employees. **What Will Make You Successful** + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. + At least 5 years of experience in HR, Talent Management, or Organizational Development, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment. + Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
