Education: Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Global Mobility or Human Resources Shared Services Center (HRSSC) environments.Preferred Qualifications:
Prior exposure to Payroll, Mobility and HRSSC processes across the Americas region (USA, Canada, Mexico, and/or South America). Knowledge of Portuguese is a significant advantage.Skills We Value:

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of Talent Mobility transactions, including assignees, domestic relocations, business travelers, and immigration requests, adhering to HR Shared Services procedures and policy manuals. Initiate and oversee international and domestic movements within vendor systems. Accurately document case resolutions and manage assignee data, including processing transactions, archiving data, and retaining records. Cultivate and monitor vendor relationships to ensure service levels and SLAs are consistently met throughout the assignment lifecycle. Collaborate effectively with HR functional partners to ensure precise handling of requests and smooth cross-functional coordination. Review and manage assignee payroll and pay-related changes within HR systems. Meet or exceed established Talent Mobility team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Promptly address customer requests and escalations, providing thorough analysis and support. Ensure strict compliance with corporate data administration and security standards for all Talent Mobility transactions. Lead quality control efforts through transaction audits and implement remedial actions. Proactively identify process gaps and engage stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions. Adapt to evolving processes and organizational changes, ensuring HRSSC documentation remains current. Drive continuous service and process improvements to enhance efficiency and the overall employee experience. Work collaboratively with diverse internal teams and third-party vendors to achieve team objectives. Develop and maintain expert knowledge in Talent Mobility and related HR functional areas, championing improvements that positively impact employees.
