Position: Manager Talent (HRBP)
Job Summary:
As the HRBP Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on HR matters and driving the implementation of HR strategies that support the business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the business, its challenges, and opportunities, as well as the ability to influence and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with SSL and domain leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the business's vision and goals. Provide expert advice on a range of HR issues including talent management, succession planning, performance management, employee relations, and compensation. Lead change management initiatives and support the leadership team in organizational design and development. Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent. Oversee the annual increase and bonus process, ensuring timely and accurate execution while collaborating with leadership to align compensation strategies with performance outcomes. Analyse HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Leverage advanced Excel functionalities, including pivot tables and complex formulas, to analyse HR data and generate insightful reports. Manage a high volume of Employee Relations cases, providing guidance and support to leaders while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Ensure strict adherence to guidelines and legal requirements in performance improvement processes. Facilitate leadership development and coaching for managers and executives. Collaborate with leaders across the organization, demonstrating agility in addressing HR challenges and fostering a positive workplace culture. Function as a mentor and coach to HR team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Collaborate with the global HR team to ensure consistency in HR practices and policies across the organization.Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of HRBP experience; previous experience in finance or operations is an advantage. Proven track record of successfully partnering with senior business leaders and influencing strategic outcomes. Strong understanding of HR best practices and current regulations and policies Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion and tact. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Team leadership skills. Reporting skills. Collaboration, innovation, and the ability to navigate uncertainty.
