This is an internal position with Robert Half located at the Lexington, Kentucky Branch.
About the Role:
As a Talent Manager specializing in Administrative & Customer Support, you will:
+ Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored solutions.
+ Market our services by leveraging phone, video, and in-person meetings with hiring managers and decision-makers.
+ Recruit, interview, and match highly skilled administrative and customer support professionals with opportunities, including projects, contract assignments, and contract-to-full-time roles.
+ Manage ongoing engagements, ensuring top-notch customer service for both clients and candidates.
+ Provide career guidance to candidates, fostering long-term professional relationships.
+ Build Robert Half’s presence by participating in local trade associations and networking events.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
+ Education: BA/BS degree preferred.
+ Experience:
+ 1+ years of experience in administrative or customer support preferred.
+ 2+ years of business development experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, with demonstrated success in developing new business and cultivating relationships with decision-makers.
+ Skills:
+ Proficiency in the latest Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and contact management tools (e.g., Salesforce).
+ Strong knowledge of administrative and customer support operations.
+ A positive attitude and professional, engaging approach to your work.
