The role of a Talent Management Associate is to help support the Talent Management team in shaping the careers of individuals. You will have the ability to pace with Talent Management Advisors during pre and post assessment conversations, ensuring a positive and supportive experience. + **Evaluate and recommend efficiencies** in Talent Management processes while coordinating initiatives and aligning with Learning & Development. + **Embrace and contribute** to best practices in Talent Management and operational excellence. **Who you are** + **You have at least 2 years of experience** or exposure in organizational design or related field. Experience at a consulting firm is a plus. + **You can demonstrate experience** with talent management concepts and designing enablement plans. + **You are skilled in evaluating and coaching** leaders at various levels, contributing to employee development initiatives and succession planning. + **You give meaning to data.** You have a fundamental understanding of data and statistical analysis. Familiarity working with statistical programs. + **You are proficient** in utilizing assessment data to inform critical decisions, discern readiness, strengths, growth needs, and alignment with company and role requirements. + **You have a bachelor’s degree in human resources** , Human Resources, or related field. A master's degree in Organizational Development, Industrial or Organizational Psychology. At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 for the market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
