Your future role:
Analyse and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system,
Take ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion,
Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables,
Develop skills outside your comfort zone, and encourage others to do the same, effectively mentor others,
Use the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the expertise of team members,
Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate,
Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards (e.g. refer to specific PwC tax and audit guidance), the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements.
Apply if you have:
Bachelor's Degree as well as Certificates in human related studies (Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources, HC Business Partnering),
The ability to design, build, implement, and monitor forward thinking HR initiatives and processes on a global basis,
Proven experience as a trusted advisor to partners/leaders on all people/talent matters, with a focus on key priorities such as people engagement and career development,
The ability to build strong business relationships with Human Capital & Business representatives and leaders,
Experience in leading HR strategy through execution for a portfolio of clients, including playing a key role with aspects of the Leadership Development Experience, recruiting, onboarding, coaching, facilitating talent review and career round-table discussions, coordination of compensation planning for multiple territories,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbally and in writing.
