As the Talent Experience Sustainability Partner, you’ll help us make sure our learning investment programs grow with us. You’ll take the phenomenal content we create and keep it fresh, relevant, and effective so our people can keep learning, developing, and thriving.

This role is ideal for someone who loves building consistency, improving experiences, and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities: Design sustainability strategies to reinforce learning experiences and behavior changes past initial launches and events.Be the go-to person when someone asks, “How do we keep this program going long-term?”Measure, analyze and report on program adoption, impact, and find opportunities to improve.Review program and content feedback and results regularly, then collaborate with business partners to improve resources, so they stay engaging, effective and meet real needs.Assist in creating playbooks, templates, and guides to ensure content is delivered consistently.Develop and manage processes (like version control and refresh cycles) to keep programs and content current, engaging, and impactful.Make sure all learning materials are maintained, refreshed, and accessible, along with bonus resources that deepen the audience’s learning.Qualifications: Experience in Learning & Development, training, or program management (formal or informal).Strong planning and organizational skills and a love for keeping things running smoothly.Curiosity and creativity when it comes to improving learning experiences.Comfortable using Microsoft Excel to create and update simple reports, organize data, and apply basic formulas.Ability to analyze data and use it to make training even better.Effective communication skills and the ability to work well with people across all brands, levels, and departments.Skilled in using learning systems and everyday tools like MS Office; bonus points for those who know their way around creative software.A growth mindset-- you’re excited about helping others learn and evolve.
