Talent Discovery Partner will assist with various operational tasks, such as but not limited to being able to attract and hire students in alignment with SAP’s strategy for Talent Discovery - Students. The main tasks will be:
• Conduct intake sessions with Hiring Managers to align profile and recruiting process
Prepare and edit candidate searches and job postings in cooperation with recruiters
Help create and take care of candidate pipeline, pre-screen CVs, phone screen candidates, extend verbal job offers, and process formal offers
Administrate all the stages of the recruiting processes through RCM system
Liase with hiring teams and other stakeholders to ensure timely hiring activities.
Support Hiring Managers and candidates with questions regarding recruiting process
Cross work recruitment within countries within Southeast Asia
Assist with sourcing efforts via LinkedIn, campus newsletter, etc.
Support Early Career Talent Events and Fairs at local Universities
What you bring
• Recent graduate of bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
Requirements and Experience:
Maximum of 3 years of professional experience
Previous work experience in recruitment is an advantage
Good verbal and written communication
Team-orientation and an ability to communicate well with team members and managers
Detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.
Contract Details:
Duration: 6 months (temporary role)
Expected start date: August 2025
Working arrangement: Hybrid
