**Description:**
The Talent & Development Manager reports to the Senior HR Manager and the Director of Human Resources. This role focuses on developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, driving learning and development initiatives, and supporting leaders in building high‑performing teams. The Talent & Development Manager strengthens employer branding, enhances the candidate experience, and fosters a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence. This HR professional is passionate about people, service, and empowering colleagues to be their best—so they can care for our guests.
**Qualifications:**
- A genuine passion for caring for people so they can be their best.
- Bachelor degree in Hospitality management and/or Human Resources Management.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in recruitment, training or people experience roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to engage, inspire, and influence diverse teams.
- Organized, proactive, and results‑oriented.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, emotional intelligence and creative mindset.
**Primary Location:** Caribbean Islands-AW-Palm Beach
