**Description:** The Talent & Development Manager reports to the Senior HR Manager and the Director of Human Resources. This role focuses on developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, driving learning and development initiatives, and supporting leaders in building high‑performing teams. The Talent & Development Manager strengthens employer branding, enhances the candidate experience, and fosters a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
