As Talent Development Manager (m/f/d), you will shape an inspiring learning and growth culture from the very beginning – one that unlocks individual potential, fosters excellence, and translates our values into everyday practice. All of this in the unique environment of a luxury hotel that puts people and experiences at the center.
Essential Duties
* Developing customized training plans for teams and individuals, as well as creating the annual and monthly training calendars.
* Evaluating quality audits and independently conducting spot checks based on LQA and Forbes standards.
* Supporting our Departmental Trainers in promoting an active learning culture and designing impactful trainings, as well as training new Departmental Trainers.
* Designing consistent and inspiring onboarding experiences for new employees.
* Delivering training sessions (both online and offline) for all staff – in our training room as well as on the job.
* Organizing all internal trainings – from logistics and certification to ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
* Implementing strategic talent development initiatives responsibly and effectively.
* Gathering feedback, analyzing impact, and continuously optimizing content and training methods.
* Aligning quality improvement needs with department heads and conducting training needs analyses based on guest feedback and quality audits.
Qualifications & Skills
* At least three years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury hospitality industry.
* Fluency in German and English is preferred; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
* Certification as a trainer (e.g. Ausbilderschein) is a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees and managers.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
* Confident presence and persuasive presentation skills.
