THE JOB Timeline Management is looking for a Talent Coordinator who will play a vital role in providing administrative support to the CEO, talent, and managers while helping to drive projects, campaigns, and events forward. This role requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and professionalism to keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO + Provide comprehensive scheduling and administrative support to the CEO. + Manage day-to-day execution of talent projects, including endorsements, appearances, performances, and more. + Coordinate and help execute deliverables for talent brand campaigns. + Attend and assist with various projects, pitching efforts, shoots, events and traveling with talent as needed. + Act as key administrative support for various talents and managers. + Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow and achieve organizational goals. + Handle administrative needs, including file organization, scheduling, record-keeping, deal tracking, note-taking, and invoicing. + Act as a primary point of contact for the talent team, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests in a timely manner. + Support current processes and organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity. WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING + Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience at an agency or management company strongly preferred. Experience in talent management, music, agency, PR, digital, or production/casting a must. + Must be resourceful, proactive, efficient and have a positive attitude. + Extremely strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing needs. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Demonstrated interest in social media and the digital management space. + Ability to multitask, organize complex information, and meet changing deadlines. + Discretion in handling confidential information. + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. + Self-sufficient with the ability to work with minimal supervision and be proactive. + Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge. + Stay up-to-date on events within the entertainment landscape. + Available to work extended hours including after hours and weekends.
