The Talent Consultant is responsible for recruiting and attracting talent consistent with workforce plans, functional plans, and company objectives — with a primary focus on staffing Clean Harbors’ hazardous waste incinerator and refinery operations. This role requires a recruiter who understands the unique demands of industrial, environmental, or energy-sector workforces and can effectively identify, attract, and engage skilled trades, plant operators, and technical professionals. The Talent Consultant will continuously bring new ways of thinking to improve the quality, accuracy, and time to fill rates while consistently delivering top diverse talent to the Company.
