Read on to learn more! **About the Role** CBRE is seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager to coordinate multiple projects for Global Realty Technology's Real Estate Optimization System (REOS), working with internal Real Estate Managers and external Brokers. REOS supports decision-making by evaluating holistic and lifecycle costs of real estate projects, including new site searches and lease renewals. The real estate projects and requirements are varied and dynamic, requiring close engagement with multiple teams. The primary focus of the role is to support program execution in North America; and EST-based role is preferred. **What You’ll Do** The Program Manager will partner with Global Realty’s customer and stakeholder teams to verify and track business needs, manage project reporting with key metrics, mitigate project risks, and written status updates. The successful candidate will be a natural self-starter, and invent and simplify where needed (such as improving reporting and tracking mechanisms, or optimizing work flows and other project resources). The role requires an individual adept at navigating ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities who can earn trust with global teams and maintain a high level of integrity. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects that span technical and non-technical teams, maintaining schedule and milestone trackers, and providing weekly, data-driven status updates to all levels of technical acumen and leadership. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Manage multiple project schedules and dependencies using agile and waterfall methodologies + Coordinate with partner teams to track schedules and deliverables, ensuring timely handover of project inputs and outputs + Facilitate recurring status meetings and stakeholder communications + Develop, maintain, and iterate project management tools, processes, and documentation, incorporating automated data collection from internal tools + Monitor and prioritize dynamic real estate requirements across the project pipeline + Track and report on project and program performance, key metrics, and improvements / lessons learned through dashboards, newsletters, and white paper contributions + Facilitate weekly alignment meetings on program-specific updates + Coordinate with stakeholders for project inputs and outputs + Report out regular project updates to Program Leads and escalate milestone-level project issues that are impacting project schedules. **What You’ll Need** + Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Real Estate Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Economics, or related field + Experience managing multiple projects and interacting with cross-functional teams + 2-5 years of experience in complex project management and implementation with proven ability to design workable solutions and drive projects to successful implementation + Experience leading large-scale projects and programs + Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment + Superior written and verbal communication skills including proven ability to effectively manage, influence, negotiate, and communicate with external business partners and internal teams + Proficient in project management software (such as Jira or Asana) and Microsoft Office **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** + Proficient in dashboarding and visualization tools like QuickSight or Tableau + Ability to manage a team of internal subject matter expert stakeholders and external vendors + Experience using or developing machine learning / generative artificial intelligence solutions that improve task or project level efficiencies **CBRE Employee Benefits** + Comprehensive medical, dental, vision + Disability benefit program + 401k company matching + Paid time off and holidays + Company paid life insurance + Pet insurance + Paid parental leave **Why CBRE?** We invest in our employees’ development.
