**Introduction** The Talent Care Advisor role is accountable for creating job postings and prescreening application questions. **Your role and responsibilities** * Provide Introduction Call for New Applicants * Remind candidates to complete profile information and pending assessments * Contact applicants and hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews * Confirm attendance for HM Interviews * Generate and send offer letters/packages (internal only) * Final Offer Calls for Hired candidates * Keep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) always updated * Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management * Monitor background vendor activity and work in tandem with our vendors to complete applicant background/drug processing * Kick-off onboarding activities * Communicate the decision of the applicant to all recruitment support groups by updating the applicant management database and sending out status notification * Send and/or draft offer letters **Required technical and professional expertise** * At least 1 year experience in an office environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instrument to perform job duties and/or dealing with customers in a high demanding customer service environment * At least 1 year experience in Human Resources and/or Staffing * Ability to balance high volume workload with 100% accuracy * Proven solid attendance record with all past employment * Technically savvy, strong aptitude to learning technology and using internet-based systems * Moderate level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) * Experience working with a team * Excellent grammar and written communication skills * Fluency in English IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
