Talent Attraction Specialist - Temporary
The Talent Attraction Specialist plays a critical role in driving the organization’s recruitment strategy by identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier talent aligned with business needs and culture. This role partners closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to develop targeted sourcing plans, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and deliver a seamless candidate experience. By leveraging market insights, employer branding initiatives, and data-driven approaches, the specialist ensures a proactive and strategic talent pipeline that supports workforce planning and organizational growth.
As a Talent Attraction Specialist for JTI GBS you will be responsible for:
Actively searching for candidates based on agreed criteria—sourcing and screening through the relevant channels (Social Media, Job Board Databases, etc.) and confirming their interest. Assessing candidates to ensure alignment with both the organization's culture and role-specific qualifications Providing Hiring Managers with a high-quality shortlist of candidates. Assisting in administrative tasks, such as job postings, filling in forms, and setting up interviews. Continuously improving service delivery levels by suggesting changes to overall processes based on personal experience and external standard methodologies. Effectively handling relationships with immediate business partners, including senior team members, hiring managers, and local P&C Business Partners as per agreements. Driving your own development by identifying and discussing development gaps and planning activities with the support of your direct manager. Managing various tasks and projects as they arise and upon the manager’s request.
Requirements
Bachelor's / university degree. At least 1 year of demonstrable experience in end-to-end recruitment. Global recruitment experience is preferred. Proficiency in the English language and strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency with MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel. A proven understanding of diverse sourcing channels is essential to successfully implementing our recruitment strategies.
