What You Will Do
This isn't just a recruiting role, it’s a chance to be a strategic partner, working directly with business leaders to build a powerful pipeline of top talent. You'll use your expertise to find and engage exceptional candidates for a wide range of roles, from technical engineering to sales, marketing, and operations.

Partner Strategically: Collaborate with leaders to develop and execute talent acquisition plans.
Lead the Process: Own the full recruitment cycle for both technical and non-technical roles.
Innovate Sourcing: Find and engage top talent using a variety of creative channels.
Be an Expert: Serve as a subject matter expert on the talent market, offering data-driven insights.
Optimize & Improve: Recommend solutions to reduce time-to-fill and enhance candidate pipelines.
Ensure a Premium Experience: Deliver clear communication and a positive experience for every candidate.
Champion Teamwork: Collaborate with our global talent attraction team to support Trimble’s mission.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a large, global environment.
Fluent in English and Hungarian and/or Swedish.
Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and navigate the complexities of the EMEA region.
Skilled in creative sourcing, pipeline analysis, and using data to drive results.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally WorkdayRecruit.
About Your Location
The Budapest office is involved in the manufacture of instruments and appliances for measuring, testing, and navigation. This directly aligns with Trimble's core business in areas like geospatial, construction, and agriculture. Trimble offers a hybrid work model in Budapest, which provides flexibility for employees. This office is a crucial part of Trimble's European operations, supporting its mission with a focus on manufacturing, sales, and customer support for its advanced technology solutions.
About Trimble’s Talent Attraction Team
Trimble's Global Talent Attraction team is a key part of the company's People eXperience (PX) division, which is focused on building a compelling employee value proposition. The team's mission is to attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent that will help Trimble "Transform the Way the World Works."
In a hybrid role, you will work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for your time working in the office based on the position and the business need. Typically hybrid positions are 1-3 days per week, or 20%-60% of the month in the office.
