Provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Manager’s and Senior Director Human Resources, North America. As a member of the HUGO BOSS Human Resources team, the Talent Assistant will also support posting open positions through the applicant tracking system for Corporate & Retail US and Canada, and administrative support with the Retail Employee Life Cycle.

 

What you can expect:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

\n\nPrepare recruitment materials and post job openings to relevant job boards, applicant tracking systems, and other appropriate platforms.\nDraft offer letters and assist with the new hire onboarding process.\nCoordinate and process candidate background checks.\nNotify the HR Business Partner of any discrepancies identified in background checks.\nIn partnership with the HR Business Partner, issue Pre-Adverse and Adverse Action letters when necessary.\nInitiate new hire paperwork via DocuSign and ensure compliance with I-9 verification requirements.\nAssist with IT setup for Corporate new hires based on role specifications.\nProvide administrative support such as scheduling interviews (in-person and virtual), managing conference/video calls, and tracking candidate activity.\nPrepare documents for HRIS entry (PAFs) and support SAP data entry as needed.\nContribute to the maintenance and reporting of talent metrics and dashboards.\nAssist with ad hoc HR projects and initiatives as required.\n

 

Your profile:

\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.\nExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.\nStrong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nExceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.\nDemonstrated ability to build strong working relationships and provide high-quality customer service.\nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.\nComfortable interacting with employees at all levels of the organization.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nQuick to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.\nKnowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus.\nAt least 1 year of experience in a Human Resources support role is preferred.\n
