\n\t\t\t\t\tManage the full recruitment life cycle, including reviewing applications, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating interviews, and closing for a variety of both technical and non-technical roles. \nDemonstrate the ability to successfully manage 10+ active requisitions while maintaining a high quality of hire.\nPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create engaging job descriptions, help define efficient recruitment strategies, and continuously calibrate candidate and department needs.\nBuild and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through creative sourcing strategies, networking, and the use of various recruiting tools. \nServe as the candidate’s point of contact throughout the hiring process, ensuring the candidate has a positive experience with clear communication.\nMaintain accurate and timely data in ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday). \nCollaborate closely with our Human Resources team during the offer and onboarding process. \nProvide updates and reporting on hiring activity. \nAssist with providing market and compensation analysis, as well as competitor insights, to help guide decision making for job postings as well as offers. \nPartner with Recruiting team members for project, process, and interview training. \nAssist with other administrative tasks or support other functions as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
\n\t\t\t\t\tBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience working in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting within a technical industry; or High School Diploma with 7 years of experience working in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting within a technical industry.\nMinimum 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting within an agency or high-volume corporate recruiting environment with a focus on roles in manufacturing, defense, aerospace, or technology industries.\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. \nAbility to successfully manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. \nExperience using an ATS system (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, etc.).\nDemonstrated experience using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, Dice, etc.\nMust be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.\nAll employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test.\n\nExperience supporting a high-growth company. \nThrive in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment, \nResults-driven and always operate with a sense of urgency.\nFamiliarity with recruiting metrics and data drives decision-making.\nDemonstrated experience managing various funnels, functions, and levels of candidates and keeping track of their progress throughout the recruitment process\n\nBasic Requirements\n\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience working in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting within a technical industry; or High School Diploma with 7 years of experience working in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting within a technical industry.\nMinimum 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting within an agency or high-volume corporate recruiting environment with a focus on roles in manufacturing, defense, aerospace, or technology industries.
