Description of Position
We’re seeking a proactive and compassionate Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support inclusive hiring efforts across retail, manufacturing, and donated goods operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, values diversity, and enjoys connecting people to meaningful work opportunities.
You’ll play a key role in recruiting and onboarding candidates especially those with disabilities, justice-involved backgrounds, and language barriers while building strong relationships with community partners and internal teams.
What You'll Be Responsible For
+ Supporting full-cycle recruiting: posting jobs, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
+ Communicating with applicants in both English and Spanish
+ Representing the organization at hiring events and job fairs
+ Creating and translating recruitment materials and onboarding documents
+ Guiding candidates through reference checks, background screenings, and onboarding
+ Maintaining accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
+ Facilitating orientation sessions in English and Spanish
+ Collaborating with community partners and employment programs
+ Tracking recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, source effectiveness)
+ Ensuring compliance with EEO standards, labor guidelines, and internal policies
Requirements
What Makes You a Great Fit
+ Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
+ 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or administrative support
+ Familiarity with ATS platforms (iCIMS, ADP, Paycom, etc.) and Microsoft Office
+ High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
+ Experience in non-profit, retail, manufacturing, or light industrial settings is a plus
+ Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and cultural sensitivity
+ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
+ Passionate about inclusive hiring and workforce development
