WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll be part of Bain’s FRWD team—our marketing acceleration capability—made up of 100+ expert practitioners across creative, media, data science, and ad tech. We work side-by-side with our consulting teams and clients to help some of the world’s most recognized brands modernize their marketing and achieve meaningful transformation. Our major hub is in London, with presence across EMEA and globally.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
This role will sit at the heart of FRWD’s operations in EMEA. You’ll partner with the Director of FRWD Talent and Operations and other global and regional leaders to oversee day-to-day talent operations and support the growth and scale of the team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Empower talented individuals through recruitment, coaching, and professional development
Manage staffing and resource allocation to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time
Support career growth, performance review, and training initiatives across the team
Contribute to team morale, employee satisfaction, and long-term retention
Help establish and refine operational systems and performance processes
Drive ad hoc strategic projects that improve the overall success of the team and department
ABOUT YOU
You bring a strategic mindset, operational rigor, and a passion for supporting people.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
A bachelor’s degree or advanced degree (MBA or equivalent preferred)
4–6 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, marketing, or tech
A strong grasp of talent and resource management principles
Proven ability to work across complex teams and collaborate with senior leaders
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate with autonomy
A structured, detail-oriented working style in fast-moving environments
Full working proficiency in English
