Summary

Position Highlights:

The Talent Advisor – Vendor and Community Outreach will play a pivotal role in managing third-party staffing solutions while fostering partnerships with community organizations to attract diverse talent. Reporting into the Supervisor of Talent Acquisition Enablement, this role ensures seamless collaboration between staffing vendors and Moffitt hiring leaders, adherence to compliance requirements, and alignment with organizational hiring standards. Additionally, the Talent Advisor will support the enablement of strategic outreach initiatives to build a strong pipeline of candidates reflective of the communities we serve.

 

Responsibilities:

Vendor Management & Staffing Coordination

Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party staffing vendors, ensuring strong partnerships and effective communication. Coordinate the placement of temporary staff across various departments, meeting operational needs while upholding quality care standards. Collaborate with department managers and HR teams to align staffing solutions with business needs and workforce planning. Monitor vendor compliance with contractual agreements, organizational policies, and healthcare regulations. Manage and track staffing requests, approvals, and assignments, ensuring timely fulfillment and accurate documentation. Proactively address and resolve staffing challenges, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Provide data-driven insights on staffing metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for process optimization. Conduct performance reviews of third-party staffing vendors, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Community Outreach & Talent Pipeline Development

Build and maintain strong partnerships with local organizations, educational institutions, and community groups to enhance Moffitt’s visibility as an employer of choice. Develop targeted talent pipelines to support hiring initiatives aligned with organizational goals and community representation. Organize and enable Moffitt participation in outreach events, job fairs, and informational sessions to engage potential candidates. Collaborate with TMEN groups to leverage internal networks and recruitment opportunities. Track and analyze the effectiveness of outreach efforts, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Identify and equip team members to serve as brand ambassadors, strengthening relationships between Moffitt and community organizations. Ensure all outreach activities align with compliance regulations and organizational standards, partnering with Enterprise Engagement and Impact teams for unified initiatives.

Credentials and Experience:

Associate’s Deree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in talent acquisition, staffing, or vendor management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
