About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic and people-focused Talent Advisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll consult with internal business groups to deliver comprehensive recruiting services that attract and hire diverse, innovative talent. You’ll play a key role in shaping our talent strategy, supporting diversity initiatives, and ensuring a best-in-class recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Understand and align with the organization’s talent strategy and business model.
+ Advise and influence hiring managers using organizational insights to guide staffing decisions.
+ Source and build pipelines of diverse talent for current and future roles.
+ Integrate diversity efforts into the recruitment process to ensure inclusive candidate slates.
+ Advocate for internal candidates with transferable skills.
+ Translate business needs into targeted sourcing strategies.
+ Provide data-driven insights to HR partners and hiring managers to improve recruiting outcomes.
+ Use applicant tracking systems, online platforms, and social media to engage candidates.
+ Participate in recruiting projects focused on workforce planning, process improvement, and brand elevation.
+ Strategically source and attract BIPOC talent, especially for leadership roles.
+ Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and professional associations.
+ Conduct candidate phone screenings and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 1+ year of experience.
+ (All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military service will be considered.)
+ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate.
+ Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting tools.
+ Knowledge of employment law, compensation, diversity, EEO, Affirmative Action, and ADA.
+ Analytical mindset with the ability to present clear, data-driven recommendations.
+ Passion for recruiting and continuous learning.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
+ High school diploma (or equivalent) and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree.
Work Environment:
This role operates in a hybrid work environment, with two days per week in the office. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, inclusion, and community engagement.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
