Description We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts and identify top talent for our organization. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously. Based in Bowie, Maryland, this position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our growing team. Responsibilities: • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates with relevant experience. • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies. • Utilize applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment processes and maintain accurate records. • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and suitability for the role. • Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Create and post job descriptions that effectively communicate role expectations and attract diverse talent. • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to improve hiring outcomes. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
