**Your role and responsibilities**
The person will be responsible for all TA activities in Egypt.
Details of the role as under :
* Ability to work with stakeholders to drive long term TA strategy for Egypt
* Should be able to drive delivery excellence amongst the team members to ensure fulfillment of demands
* Compliance and adherence to local recruiting practices
* Ensure succession planning for existing team members and work on career aspirations of team members
**Required technical and professional expertise**

Recruitment experience of 15 years and above
*
Stakeholder management
*
Egypt labor market knowledge
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
*
Knowledge of the local market
*
Recruitment experience and ability to handle volume hiring
*
Competitor mapping
