Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Source, attract, and hire top talent across various roles and levels. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet our hiring needs.
Training: Focusing on partnering with our people leaders to build individual and team competencies through developing and implementing joint training plans.
Employee Engagement: Build strong relationships with employees and managers to understand their needs and provide support. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture including facilitating activities of our Employee Resource Groups.

About you:
3-5 years experience in either talent acquisition or training
Formal qualifications in TA, HR, or Training
Ability to build rapport and assess stakeholder needs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for people and a commitment to your own personal development
