What does the ROLE entail?

Talent Acquisition

· Supporting the Cluster Recruiter and HR Team in hiring and attracting new colleagues

· Reviewing CV’s and selecting the right candidates

· Learning and use all of our recruitment systems including LinkedIn Recruiter

· Being part of the HR teams of Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht and Hyatt Regency Amsterdam.

· Coaching and supporting the hiring managers

· Assisting the hiring managers in the interview process

· Working together with the Cluster Recruiter on the Employee Value Proposition

· Promoting the hotels towards new candidates on social media

· All while maintaining the Hyatt Standards

· currently enrolled in a Hospitality or HR-related study program;

· always seeking for opportunities and creative solutions;

· hands-on, pro-active and enthusiastic;

· not afraid to make decisions;

· detail-oriented and approachable;

· discrete and able to maintain confidentiality;

· very communicative in English and in Dutch;

· Available for six months or longer;

· legally allowed to do an internship in the Netherlands, holding an EU/EEA passport or enrolled in a Dutch Institution (we do not assist with Visa / permit applications).
