Talent Acquisition Team Leader - Americas Global Delivery Network

If so, let’s talk. **Your role and responsibilities** · Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals. · Lead, coach, and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to achieve optimal performance. · Design and optimize recruitment processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. · Utilize data and metrics to inform decision-making, continuously improving recruitment strategies and practices. · Foster strong relationships with hiring managers across all departments to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates. · Act as a subject matter expert on recruitment, best practices, technology, and trends. · Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all aspects of recruitment and hiring. · Collaborate with HR to ensure new hires align with company culture and values. · Represent the team at client meetings, providing regular updates on recruitment metrics, challenges, and successes. · Help monitor and improve the team’s KPIs performance. · Ability to assign demand based on the team’s utilization. · Experience managing client escalations and removing blockers. · Exceptional business acumen, judgment, and decision-making skills · Strong negotiation and persuasion skills · Present information in a clear, compelling way. · High attention to detail and strong time management and project management skills · Excellent knowledge of labor market trends, candidate sourcing techniques, and employment laws. **Required technical and professional expertise** · 4 to 6 years of recruiting experience mastering end-to-end hiring processes in Americas countries (US, CA and/or LA) with multiple clients and business units. · 2+ years leading operative functions, projects, tasks and teams. · At least 4 years of experience in managing business relationships, and consulting senior business leaders and stakeholders. · Fluency in English (advanced level) written and oral. · Data analytics and report management. · Scrum Master certification or 1+ year leading Agile projects/recruitment sprints. **Preferred technical and professional experience** · Team management experience · Demonstrated commitment to excellence, personal development and continuous improvement Education, Experience and Certifications · Digital Eminence · Portuguese written and spoken · Proficient in excel or similar, and PM tools (Monday, Jira) IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
