Talent Acquisition Team Lead for Technical/IT Hiring - Pune, India

The Talent Acquisition Team Lead serves as a frontline leader, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment operations within a designated geographical region. This role ensures that hiring targets are met and job qualifications are fulfilled. The TA Team Lead continuously evaluates and improves recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

They build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure recruitment efforts align with the fast-paced and evolving needs of the business. The role also involves recommending and implementing strategies to attract high-quality candidates and hires.

Additionally, the Team Lead empowers team members across various Talent Acquisition functions and supports the TA Manager and Global Head of Talent Acquisition in planning and executing innovative, strategic initiatives.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborates with stakeholders and internal departments to identify hiring needs and target candidate profiles. Manages the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, endorsements, and pre-boarding. Ensures timely delivery of hiring requirements and maintains the quality of hires. Proposes and implements strategies to address hiring demands and improve candidate quality. Delegates recruitment tasks and enforces adherence to timelines to meet hiring targets. Monitors hiring progress through close coordination with team members and operational partners. Upholds recruitment standards by ensuring compliance with processes, policies, and procedures. Oversees data gathering and reporting, ensuring consistency and accuracy across the TA team. Coaches, mentors, and trains team members to support their development. Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal clients and stakeholders. Supports the TA Manager and/or Global Head in executing strategic and innovative initiatives. Acts as the point of contact in the absence of the TA Manager and/or Global Head of Talent Acquisition.
