Talent Acquisition Summer Non-Clinical Intern
Job Description This internship in Talent Acquisition provides hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and engaging with job candidates. Interns will support various stages of the hiring process, including writing job descriptions, coordinating interviews, and helping to create a positive candidate experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn the full recruitment life cycle while contributing to the growth of the organization’s workforce. Key Projects Partner with Talent Acquisition Consultants to learn and assist with the candidate selection and hiring process. Gain exposure to sourcing strategies, applicant review, and interview coordination. Preferred Skills Experience in sales or a basic knowledge of human resources. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn quickly and work both independently and collaboratively. Work Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. In-office day is required on Tuesdays. Internship is designed for 24–40 hours per week, depending on student availability. Preferred Areas of Study Students pursuing degrees in Human Resources or Business Administration are best suited for this internship. Must be a current undergraduate college student or graduate college student. A specific educational focus or degree may be preferred, depending on the hosting department of the internship. A specific license and/or certification may be preferred, depending on the hosting department of the internship. GPA of 3.0 or above. Submission of Cover Letter, Resume and Letter of Recommendation.
