**Position Snapshot** **Nestlé Business Services LATAM | Asunción, Paraguay.** Human Resources Business Services | Talent Acquisition Sr. Analyst Available Shift: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 hs. 3 + years’ experience managing and executing high-impact processes for Management Recruitment Process Advanced English **Position Summary** The Talent Acquisition Senior Analyst is responsible for managing the recruitment process for managerial and executive roles, focusing on attracting diverse talent. This role involves conducting market research, competency-based interviews, and collaborating with business leaders to align staffing needs. The Senior Analyst will also mentor junior recruiters and provide strategic insights to support decision-making, while overseeing key projects that enhance the recruitment strategy. **A day in the life of...** + Manage recruitment processes across various areas and hierarchical levels, with a focus on managerial and executive positions. + Conduct profile alignments, market mapping, CV screening, and competency-based interviews. + Maintain an open perspective towards attracting and selecting diverse professionals. + Contribute to the attraction and development of young talent. + Oversee and develop a team of recruiters. + Adopt a consultative approach with the business by sharing relevant market information and profiles of mapped individuals to assist in decision-making. + Be responsible for a high-impact project within the department and the company, which will also serve as an interface with other areas, in addition to Recruitment and Selection activities. **What will make you successful** + 3 + year experience managing and executing high-impact Recruitment processes. + Advanced English. + Excellent customer relationship, communication and service orientation skills. + Flexibility and adaptability to the demands with multiple priorities Analytical skills. + Continuous Improvement Mindset. + Ability to communicate your ideas and thoughts to the team, and understand their responses + Knowledge of search engines such as LinkedIn (Recruiter) + Having worked with Employer Brand will be a differential
