Objectives of the Position
Support and oversee end-to-end recruitment for the BASF Vietnam / India Group Companies.Continuously look for process improvements, automation, and digitalization measures to offer best service delivery experience.RESPONSIBILITIES
Accountable for recruitment process from requisition management, candidate sourcing, selection process, offer management, pre-hiring activities, satisfaction survey, onboarding, personnel record creation and maintenance.Support the talent pipeline processes through gathering of local market talent insights, managing sourcing/recruitment channels, creating internal candidate data pools, and supporting recruitment campaigns and marketing activities.Manage recruiting and onboarding enquiriesManage existing vendors, support vendor invoice processing, ensure accurate payments of all recruitment expenses.Continuously review and maintain knowledge documents in areas of expertiseIdentify process improvement, automation and digitalization opportunities, prepare business case and actively participate in digitalization and process optimization project(s)Prepare/translate local language HR communication materials when necessaryGuide and train junior team membersQUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree, preferably in Human Resources or PsychologyMinimum 5 years related working experiencesDemonstrates a good level of proficiency in language and culture of the supported country/location Understanding of HR principals and/or Employment Laws of the supported country/location.Strong people skills and influential abilities.ABOUT US
