Are you a recruitment professional with a passion for connecting great talent with impactful roles? We're looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Mexico City. In this role, you'll be a key partner to our North American Supply Chain clients, managing the full-cycle recruitment process and ensuring a top-tier experience for every candidate and hiring manager. **What You'll Do** + **Own the Recruitment Journey:** Manage the end-to-end staffing process for approximately 20-25 requisitions, from reviewing applications to extending offers. You’ll be responsible for all internal and external applicants, providing them and our hiring teams with timely updates and a positive experience. + **Be a Strategic Partner:** Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand their staffing needs.
