Are you a recruitment professional with a passion for connecting great talent with impactful roles? We're looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Mexico City. In this role, you'll be a key partner to our North American Supply Chain clients, managing the full-cycle recruitment process and ensuring a top-tier experience for every candidate and hiring manager.
**What You'll Do**
+ **Own the Recruitment Journey:** Manage the end-to-end staffing process for approximately 20-25 requisitions, from reviewing applications to extending offers. You’ll be responsible for all internal and external applicants, providing them and our hiring teams with timely updates and a positive experience.
+ **Be a Strategic Partner:** Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand their staffing needs. You’ll provide weekly updates on candidate status, ensuring qualified internal applicants are always considered.
+ **Drive Collaboration and Improvement:** Work closely with your TA peers to enhance our processes and find new ways to improve the recruiter, candidate, and hiring manager experience.
**What You'll Bring**
+ A Bachelor’s Degree.
+ A minimum of 3 years of prior work experience, including at least 2 years in Talent Acquisition, either in a recruiting agency or corporate environment.
+ Strong organizational and communication skills.
+ Bilingual in English and Spanish.
**Bonus Points If You Have**
+ Proven sourcing experience and expertise in developing strong talent pipelines.
+ Prior experience with TA-specific technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Recruiter, HiredScore, or SuccessFactors ATS.
+ Solid written and verbal communication skills.
