Aperçu du poste :

Pour accompagner le développement de l'équipe Talent Acquisition France, nous recherchons notre futur Talent Acquisition Specialist Junior- spécialisé métiers techniques (H/F).

La finalité de ce poste est de contribuer au recrutement des profils opérationnels qui sont essentiels au bon fonctionnement de nos activités (techniciens de maintenance, travaux, etc.).

En tant que Talent Acquisition Specialist Junior, vous serez accompagné(e) dans votre montée en compétences et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les managers opérationnels et les HRBP.

Poste basé à notre Siège social de Puteaux.

Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez :

Collaborer avec les managers et HRBP pour définir les besoins en recrutement de techniciens.

Gérer l’ensemble du processus de recrutement : briefs de postes, rédaction et diffusion des annonces, sourcing, approche directe, entretiens de pré-qualification, suivi des candidatures et gestion des offres orales et écrites.

Etre garant du bon déroulé du process depuis la connaissance du besoin jusqu'à l'embauche dans les systèmes.

Utiliser les outils digitaux pour optimiser l’efficacité du recrutement.

Développer des partenariats avec les écoles, organismes locaux, organismes de formation…

Participer à la stratégie de marque employeur : forums, événements, communications sur les réseaux dédiés…

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un bac +5 en gestion des Ressources Humaines et avez effectué une première expérience ou alternance dans le domaine du recrutement, idéalement sur le recrutement de profils techniques (type techniciens)

Vous êtes intéressé(e) par le domaine industriel et avez une appétence/connaissance des métiers techniques.

La connaissance de Workday (ATS) est un plus et vous êtes à l'aise avec l'utilisation d'outils de sourcing (ex : Hellowork/Linkedin, Indeed...)

Votre anglais est opérationnel à l'oral comme à l'écrit (niveau B2 minimum).

Votre aisance relationnelle est l'une de vos principales qualités notamment au téléphone et vous possédez d'excellentes capacités rédactionnelles.

Mobilité requise : des déplacements sont à prévoir en fonction des besoins de l’activité.
