In this role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for our campus programs, including co-op, internship, and new graduate hiring across Canada. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with post-secondary institutions, developing innovative campus approaches, and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience that aligns with our employer brand.
