Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for experienced Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Specialists for one of India’s leading and most diversified organisations in the Infrastructure, Construction, and Real Estate sectors. Roles and Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and onboarding support. Manage hiring for technical and non-technical positions across various business verticals. Collaborate with Business Heads, Project Heads, and Department Heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures. Source quality candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment channels as per shared job descriptions. Maintain recruitment MIS reports and hiring trackers. Coordinate campus drives and walk-in recruitment activities. Conduct reference checks and background verification for shortlisted candidates. Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
